Sole
Fished in one of the richest fish areas in the world, our fishing trips last on average 45 days. On board freezer trawler boats the fish is immediately sorted and frozen into blocks.
Subsequently, the fish is generally unloaded and then stored in the best conditions in the port of Agadir, thus respecting the cold chain along the value chain.
